Missing rewards for a recent purchase at a local business?

Did you link your card?
Did you know that if you link your card, you can earn rewards automatically without having to claim rewards?
If you linked your card, your transactions may take 1-2 days to post. No need to claim rewards, simply give it a couple of days, and your rewards will be processed automatically.
You did not link your card;
You linked your card, but did not pay for the purchase using the card you linked;
Or, you linked your card and paid for the purchase using that card, but it's been more than 2 days and the rewards is still missing;
follow the steps below to claim rewards
1. Find the business you shopped at
You can click on the business' pin in the map on your Discovery tab, or type the business's name in the search bar.
If you are in the store right now, you can also scan the business's QR code!
2. Click "Claim Rewards"
Click on the "Claim Rewards" button on the bottom of the business profile.
3. Submit your receipt!
Enter the amount of your purchase, and then either upload a copy of your receipt or take a photo.
Click "Claim" when you are done. That's it!
You will be notified as soon as your request is processed.
