How to redeem the vouchers:
1. Click "Voucher Redemption" on your app home screen
If you don't have the app yet, download it here:
2. Select "Lancaster" and enter your voucher code
The 10-digit voucher code can be found on the back of your voucher card:
3. $20 will be added to your Lancaster rewards balance
Once your code is validated, $20 will be added to your Lancaster rewards balance, and you can now redeem the $20 towards purchases at participating businesses.
To do that, follow the steps below:
To redeem your $20 rewards balance towards a purchase:
1. Pay for your purchase in full at the business
Make a purchase at any listed business in City of Lancaster Open Rewards and pay for your purchase in full.
The list of businesses can be found in your Discovery tab.
2. Click "Redeem Rewards"
Click "Redeem Rewards" on your app home screen and find the business that you shopped at
3. Enter the amount of rewards to redeem
Enter the amount of rewards that you want to redeem towards this purchase, and take a photo of the receipt.
Click "Redeem Rewards". That's it!
Once validated, you will receive your redemption via your selected payout method.
